Terms of Service

CostSense is a product of Orbitask LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you submit documents through getcostsense.com or receive an analysis from us.

The service

We review a construction change order against the related contract and produce a written analysis ("Report"). The first analysis is free for a verified company.

The Report is informational. It is not legal, financial, engineering or professional advice, and it does not replace your own review or the advice of your own advisers.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you are allowed to share the documents you upload and that the information you give us is accurate.

We may decline, pause or cancel a submission — for example if files are unreadable, if we cannot verify your company, or if the request is unlawful or abusive.

Your documents

Documents are used only to produce your Report. They are stored in restricted-access storage and are never shared publicly.

We may publish an anonymized example only with your permission.

You can ask us to delete your submission and its documents at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Limits of the service

CostSense is in preview. Timing targets are provisional and are not a service-level commitment.

When a document set is too large or unreadable, the Report says so and marks limited coverage instead of guessing.

Plans and payment

The first analysis is free and requires no payment method. Paid plans for ongoing volume are explained when the preview opens up. Nothing is charged from this website today.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitask LLC is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a Report.

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
