CostSense is a product of Orbitask LLC (“we”, “us”). By submitting documents through this website you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide a free, one-time analysis of a change order and contract you submit (the “Free CO Audit”). The analysis is generated by software and reviewed by a human before delivery.

Your documents

• You represent that you are authorized to submit the documents you upload.
• Documents are confidential, stored with restricted access, used only for your analysis, and never shared publicly. Anonymized examples may be published only with your permission.
• You may request deletion of your documents at any time via [email protected].

What the analysis is

The analysis is an informational review, not legal, accounting or engineering advice. Findings marked “review recommended” are not assertions of overpricing. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on the analysis.

No warranties / liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitask LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
