This policy explains what CostSense (a product of Orbitask LLC) collects when you use getcostsense.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

The documents you upload (change order and contract) and the contact details you enter (company name, work email, your role).

Basic technical data: time of submission, IP address and browser information, plus campaign parameters (UTM/gclid) and analytics identifiers when measurement is enabled.

Why we use it

To produce your Report, to confirm your submission by email, to support you afterwards, to prevent abuse and to measure whether our pages work.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your documents to train models.

Storage and security

Documents are stored in restricted-access storage. Access is limited to the people and systems that produce your analysis.

We rely on service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery and document analysis. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Retention

We keep your submission while we deliver the analysis and for follow-up support. You can ask us to delete it earlier.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your submission and its documents — email [email protected]. We keep only records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies and measurement

We use essential storage to keep the site working and, when enabled, analytics and advertising measurement (for example Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand which pages lead to a submission.

Children

The service is intended for people acting in a professional capacity and is not directed to children.
