CostSense is a product of Orbitask LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact information you provide in the form: company, name, work email.
- Documents you upload (change order, contract, optional schedules).
- Basic technical data (browser, pages visited) via privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver your CO analysis.
- To communicate with you about your audit (including a 15-minute follow-up call invite).
- Contact information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
How documents are stored
- Uploaded documents are stored in a restricted-access object storage bucket.
- Access is limited to people and systems needed to produce your analysis.
- Documents are never published; anonymized examples are only published with your permission.
- You can request deletion at any time via [email protected].
Retention
Documents are retained only as long as needed for the audit and any follow-up, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.
